Gagua Clinic needed to create a secure and user-friendly mobile app for customers that could be integrated with the existing system.
We focused on user-centered design, robust security and privacy, seamless integration, regulatory compliance, and effective marketing and promotion. By prioritizing these areas, we created a secure and user-friendly way for customers to access clinic services digitally, while also benefiting the clinic by improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
In order to create a comprehensive and successful digital platform for clinic services, we placed great emphasis on several key areas. First and foremost, we adopted a user-centered design approach, ensuring that the platform would be intuitive and easy to navigate for all customers. Additionally, we implemented robust security and privacy measures to safeguard sensitive patient information and protect against potential cyber threats.

By seamlessly integrating the digital platform with the clinic's existing infrastructure, we were able to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. Involvement & Process
Dojo and Core.js serve as the foundation of frontend side, ensuring robust and efficient web application development. For responsive and interactive user interfaces, we used OWL Carousel and jQuery and jQuery UI for enhancing the overall user experience. Bootstrap provides a consistent and visually appealing design framework. We integrated Firebase for real-time data updates, ensuring dynamic and engaging user interactions.
The backend is powered by Apache, providing a reliable server environment. The server-side operations are orchestrated with .Net, offering flexibility and scalability. Firebase seamlessly integrates with the backend to handle real-time data synchronization. Additionally, Mailchimp is employed for efficient email marketing and communication strategies. This backend architecture is designed to ensure data reliability, security, and efficient handling of user interactions on the platform.
In DevOps, we employed Firebase for continuous integration and deployment, optimizing scalability and secure asset storage. Firebase services, including Cloud Storage, efficiently managed assets, while integrated monitoring tools allowed real-time tracking of resource utilization and prompt performance adjustments.
