Humana, the global baby food company, wanted to offer their Georgian customers an easy option to find more relevant information about their products. At the same time, it was looking for tools to attract new customers, including through online purchase

Result

The web portal and mobile app offer the Humana team an automated order and delivery system. The Humana team monitors the behavior of specific users through the platform's back-end system and studies their interests. The dashboard calculates their productivity, and accordingly, the company is given the opportunity to classify a specific set of customers and offer products tailored to their interests. Campaigns run and increase their conversion rate through products offered based on customer interest. Within the company's internal team, the efficiency of the order monitoring process has increased by 37%, the effectiveness of marketing campaigns has increased by 22%, and today the procurement process is growing by more than 10%.
