The Financial Bureau, a financial institution for debt management, struggled with dealing with customers being uncomfortable coming to their offices in person and was looking for an easy solution to counter this

Arttteo created an app that offers the Financial Bureau’s clients a simple, automated, and convenient process to manage their debts and payment schedules. The app gained more than two thousand users on iOS in two weeks. Simultaneously, through the app, the Financial Bureau's management has improved their operational and customer service process by 35% and saved Customer support by 1.5 times. The app has also allowed for faster data exchange and management capabilities.
