We created an analytics system to track, calculate, and measure customer behavior and conversion rates
The Problem
The client was eager to develop direct personal marketing, but as a brick and mortar business, was unable to create a database of clients and their behavior. Additionally, they were hoping to attract a new customer segment
Strategy
Designed and developed a mobile side-scroll platform game to attract a new customer segment, retain returning clients, and track customer behavior, including when and where they used discounts and on which products

Result
New customers were attracted, and a newly created data pool to utilize in personalized data-driven marketing. They made customer audiences based on the collected data, allowing them to create unique opportunities directly targeted at the right customers. As a result, their ROI increased to 80%
