Context
GleamGo is a remote car wash app, where users can order car-washing services and pay for them digitally.
The Problem
With an increasing demand for car-washing services, long queues at car wash facilities, and a lack of time for such purposes, GleamGo’s team decided to offer remote/online car wash services. They started with phone service but wanted to digitize their services.
Strategy
Created an all-in mobile app for people to order and pay for an on-the-spot car washing service online.
