Context
We're creating a multifunctional clinical app, where users can book visits and manage reports of personal medical information.
The Problem
Doctra is a medical SaaS platform that creates clinic management software. Doctra’s client clinics were struggling to manage appointments: the booking process in most clinics took place mainly over the phone. Patients were often unable to book a visit due to high demand. Clinics were often not using any electronic systems to store, manage and analyze patients’ test results, leading to more extended patient visits than necessary

Result
Arttteo created an app that offers the Financial Bureau’s clients a simple, automated, and convenient process to manage their debts and payment schedules. The app gained more than two thousand users on iOS in two weeks. Simultaneously, through the app, the Financial Bureau's management has improved their operational and customer service process by 35% and saved Customer support by 1.5 times. The app has also allowed for faster data exchange and management capabilities.
